Teachers: Join us for a remote/hands-on Genes in Space workshop!

Educators: Join the Genes in Space team for a remote, hands-on professional development workshop this winter! Participants will learn about exciting additions to the 2021 competition, and will take part in a guided, hands-on demonstration of BioBits cell-free system, which will be available to support Genes in Space experiments aboard the ISS next year. All participants will receive a loaner kit of the equipment and reagents they need to participate in the demo.

Location: Virtual (sessions will be held in Zoom)

  • Saturday, December 5th (12-2pm ET)
  • Monday, January 18th (12-2pm ET)
  • Monday, February 15th (2-4pm ET)
  • Wednesday, March 10th (6-8pm ET)
  • Monday, April 19th (6-8pm ET)
